Richard "Rick" Boden is a seasoned executive with over thirty years of financial, operational and consulting experience, Mr. Boden has worked as an advisor and consultant to emerging businesses, as well as serving as the interim CFO for a number of high-tech, communications, manufacturing, retail and services, media & entertainment, government contractor, healthcare and biotech companies.
Rick Boden has a long and successful career of advising companies on corporate, financial, operational and organizational strategies, business processes and procedures, and funding strategies via venture capital, investment banks and financial institutions.
Rick Boden is also an Executive Producer of the Documentary Film "War Child" a moving film about a surviving child soldier of the Sudan, now an international hip-hop star sending his message of hope and fighting his battle for his people of the Sudan through his music and his charitable organization Gua Africa.
Rick Boden also sits on the Advisory Board for the Harry F. Byrd School of Entrepreneurship Shenandoah University and is a member of the Governor of Virginia's task force for service exports.
